The collective sale of the existing Chuan Park site was granted permission on 26th May 2023 according to the statement by the joint venture between Kingsford Huray Development and MCC Land (Singapore). The 400,588 sq ft site with a 99-year lease is likely to be one of the biggest collective sale transactions in the Outside Central Region (OCR) in recent years. The redevelopment of this site is officially named Chuan Park Residences.
Chuan Park Residences is located next to Lorong Chuan MRT station, in the mature estate of District 19 that is a short distance to Serangoon Central. It is in the vicinity of several reputable schools (such as Australian International School, Nanyang Junior College & Saint Gabriel’s Primary School) and F&B outlets at New Tech Park and many other amenities around the private residential enclave of Serangoon Gardens. The developers intend to redevelop the Chuan Park site into a residential development with a “new concept”.
