Dunman Grand is the new 99-year leasehold mega residential development in the Katong precinct of District 15. It is located in the private residential enclave on Dunman Road, beside the Sungei Geylang. 


This huge Government Land Sale (GLS) site was sold to Singhaiyi Group in June 2022 with a bid price of $1.284M or $1,350psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).  The developer can build approximately 1,040 units with the development. Singhaiyi Group also launch a mega residential development in the western region in 2019 – Parc Clematis in Clementi, as well as The Gazania and The Lilium in District 19.
