Midwood is the new 99-years leasehold condominium development at Hillview Rise in District 23. The site won by  Hong Leong Holdings Limited for $460m via GLS (Government Land Sales) in 2018, the price works out to about S$1,067 psf per plot ratio.

Midwood is about 400m or just 5-minute walk from Hillview MRT along the Downtown Line. Traditionally, Hillview estate is a private residential enclave which is popular among Singaporeans and expatriates. However, there weren’t many new launches until the most recent launch such as Mont Botanik Residence in 2018. It is the right timing that developer launches new condominium due to the pent-up demand for new condominiums in the region.


On 25th November 2019, Ministry of Defence announced NS Hub in the groundbreaking ceremony. NS Hub is located next to MIndef headquarter and opposite Cashew MRT. The HS Hub will offer one-stop service centre that brings greater ease and convenience to all NS community such as pre-enlisting medical, Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) It will also include F&B outlets, e-mart, childcare centre, outdoor community area, running track and a football field. Both 1- & 2-bedroom are the investment-friendly units.
