Directly opposite Parc Greenwich is Greenwich V mall. It is a small-scaled shopping with a supermarket, fitness club and food court. For more amenities like cinema, electronics store, and more eateries, Seletar Mall & Fernvale Community Club are just three bus stops away from home. A new wet market, childcare centre as well as hawker centre are all within the Fernvale Community Club. Together with nearby Fernvale LRT, nearby shops & Kopitiam, a bustling hub is formed in this part of District 28. 

There are many schools and pre-schools located in the region as well. Both Sengkang Green Primary Schools and Fernvale Primary School are within 1KM away while Rosyth School is within 2KM from home.

Parc Greenwich is well-connected to TPE, SLE, and CTE. The nearest Fernvale LRT is only three bus stops away. Besides that, some shuttle bus services are also providing direct rides to matured towns like Ang Mo Kio and Bishan. A 2-year free shuttle bus service to Sengkang MRT/LRT will be provided.

Under the Land Transport Master Plan 2040, a new MRT line is proposed and a feasibility study is ongoing now. This new line will enhance the transport network in the north & northeast regions and provide direct access to the rail networks for the residents in the region which they don't currently enjoy. This new line could start from North Coast Innovation Corridor at Woodlands and run through Sembawang, Sengkang, Serangoon North, Whampoa, Kalland, finally ends at Greater Southern Corridor
