My version of master plan for Paya Lebar Airbase (Just for fun)

As many of you already know by now that Paya Lebar Airbase will be relocated from 2030 (read article here). URA is encouraging the public to submit their proposals through competition. The competition focuses on three different topics: Concept Master Plan, Transforming the Runway & Rejuvenating Paya Lebar Airport.
Here's my humble master plan (just for fun).
First of all, there must be some kinds of public transportations to bring everyone there. I will want green and electric driverless buses to move around. Underground Light Rail System connected to Defu MRT (along Cross Island Land) and Tampines West MRT (along Downtown Line) with a few stops within the redevelopment site is important too. Why underground? To allow more space for other activities at surface level.
This should be car-lite zone as well. Meaning that, only walking paths, cycling lanes will be found in the surface level while car and bus lanes will be underground, similar concept as the new North-South Expressway. Flying taxi will be allowed to operate here.
I will want to keep the runway though. Does anyone here know about Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin? It used to be a military airport but turned into a public park with massive lawns for recreation activities like biking, walking, jogging, picnicking etc. Our runway can be Tempelhofer Feld too. Furthermore, future National Day Parade, Chinggay Parade, skydiving competition, hot air balloon festival etc can also be held here.
How about an aviation museum in Singapore? This can be located at the existing airport buildings and the hangars.
Commercial & residential buildings will be located at the eastern side. All buildings are connected by skybridges with travellators at different level and surrounded by greenery, landscapes, garden, walking paths, plazas etc in grid system. All buildings are BCA Green Mark certified. Among them, an iconic mixed-use landmark tower which includes office space, retail mall, hotel, serviced apartment and observation deck will be built. It will be designed by local architects.
An all-weather amphitheatre concert hall with glass dome will be world’s famous location for famous artists. A new sports hub, a branch campus of one world’s top university will also be built on the western side.
6G Wifi will be available here, free. All commercial and residential here will be provided with future smart digital system. High speed network in the wireless office improves the efficiency at work. Residents can order food, grocery online and delivered to them by deliveryrobot, delivery drone or via the pneumatic delivery tube.
