The most anticipated new condominium in the western side of Singapore, Parc Clematis 錦泰門第 will finally open its door to for public viewing on 17th August 2019. VVIP Preview Sales will be on 31st August 2019.
As you should know by now the site is more than 600,000 sq ft (633, 644 sq ft to be exact), it is slightly smaller than Treasure at Tampines of 648,880 sq ft. Why the comparison? It is inevitable when both are the two largest condominium developments in Singapore. Right?

Parc Clematis has only 9 residential blocks with a total of 1,450 apartment units, and 18 strata landed houses and bungalows. Treasure at Tampines has 29 residential blocks (a total of 2,203 units) which is too crowded and makes you suffocate. LOL
The 2nd floor units are 16m above ground level, which is equivalent to 5th floor in other projects. And it will taller than all the facilities such as 2-storey clubhouse besides Block 8A.
And i feel that units at Block 8A will be the most popular ones. It is direct facing of the beach pool and it is nearest to the beach pool entry. That is what i call the REAL resort style living.
Almost two third of the site (approximately 400,000 sqft) are catered for facilities, landscape and swimming pools. That explains why it looks so spacious if you view from every single angle of the scaled model. Each individual building is surrounded by park, i mean landscape & greenery with some different facilities and water features. All facilities are widely spread over the site. The distance between the residential blocks are also quite wide which can improve the airflow and also provide more privacy too.
There will be SIX show units to view. Some highlights of the show units:
1. All bedrooms will come with a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, although some wardrobes were missing in the e-brochure (confirmed by the developer);
2. Electrolux appliances will be provided;
3. Wall tiles, cabitnets in the kitchen and bathroom are in light colours;

7. Best interior design belongs to the 3-bedroom show unit.
8. The master bedroom for certain types are really spacious. To get a feel of it, you must view the 3- & 5-bedroom show units.
Should you consider Parc Clematis 錦泰門第? Definitely a big YES!
Take a look of the condominiums in Clementi. Other than The Trilinq, Parc Clematis 錦泰門第 is the only one which near to the Clementi Central with shopping malls, MRT, bus interchange etc. Clementi is a educational town. From reputable primary, secondary schools to NUS etc, all can be reached in short time.
I reckon many home owners will be those who mainly work in the Jurong & Tuas areas. Besides that, many of them may also work in One-north, Science parks, Pasir Panjang & CBD etc. Simply because Clementi is a matured with everything.
There is no condominium at the moment near to Jurong East MRT except J Gateway. Future high speed rail terminus and many more commercial activity will be developed too. But the price there will be way to high.
EdgeProp reports that the price will be from about $1,5xxpsf, depends on unit size. It is priced to sell giving its strategic location. This price is comparable to the prices of new condominiums in Bedok & Tanah Merah.
I have one client screamed and said "The PSF is so high!". Since when the PSF is not high? If you ask someone in 2004, for example, people would think $700 was crazy price. Just look at The Sail now. And also, look at the J Gateway as well.
However, I hope the developer will throw in more attractive incentives to potential buyers who register in VVIP Preview Sales. Haha.
