All condominium developments in Singapore will promise high-quality of living environment with branded appliances, quality finishing etc.
Since Principal Garden and Botanique at Bartley, I have been a fan of UOL. I like Principal Garden very much, especially the architecture of the residential towers which has the rustic charm, the huge space for landscaping and facility. I have been following closely with all other new developments by them. They have impressed me.
Below are some UOL’s current projects that been marketed by Huttons Asia:
It is really love at first sight. I like the architecture of Meyer House at Meyer Road. It does not look like any other development you find in Singapore, so unique. Only 56 units and units are from 3- to 4-bedroom, as well as some penthouses.
All the units are super spacious, from 1,862 to 5,683 sq ft. I believe all bedrooms can fit at least a king-sized bed comfortably. Master bedroom also come together with walk-in wardrobe and master bathroom with bathtub. This is the first residential development in Singapore to have dedicated private lift to all units. Laundry area and household shuttle (aka store) are included in al units. Almost all units will have two different views: pool view and street view.
Concierge service will be available to assist in restaurant reservation, transportation book and housekeeping services etc.
Meyer House is located within the “Nassim of the East Coast” precinct. Located in tranquil environment beside a park and surrounded by landed houses and some high-end residential developments.
Upcoming Tanjong Katong will be operational in near future. A short drive CBD, Changi Airport from home via ECP. It is also well-connected to KPE as well. All amenity can also be reached within 10-minute drive such as Parkway Parade, public library, hawker centre & market etc. Many good schools are also located nearby.
Clavon is UOL’s latest development after The Clement Canopy in Clementi. In facts, both developments are located along Clement Avenue 1. Just opposite Nan Hua High School and a stone away from NUS High School of Mathematics & Science.
This development will comprise two 37-storey residential towers with a total of 640 units from 1+S to 4-bedroom units. IT is a new condominium with new living concept with social distancing considerations. Showflat will be opened for public viewing in early December 2020. Clavon has very modern & glassy façade design.
Clavon will be a popular development among the prospective homebuyers. Firstly, it is located in matured Clementi estate where full amenities can be reached within a short distance. Secondly, prospective homebuyers may look for homes near to their workplaces such as One-North, Jurong East (second CBD), University, NUH etc. Thirdly, parents would want to live near to some good schools for their children’s education sake. Fourthly, it is simply a good project that worth considering to relocate from other parts of Singapore to Clementi.
Who likes unblocked sea view?
Avenue South Residence is the tallest new residential development in current Singapore market now. It comprises two 56-storey residential towers and a few conserved buildings with a total of 1,074 units. Full condominium facilities including tennis court and many sky gardens, 50m pools etc.
I think the greatest unique selling point of ASR beside the unblocked sea view is the Greater Southern Waterfront mega project. Greater Southern Waterfront is about six-time the size of Marina Bay which is spread over 30KM of southern shoreline from Marina East to Pasir Panjang. These areas will be transformed into a new urban living precinct where people can live, work and play. It will provide future public & private housing, commercial, entertainment & recreation facility. Thus, huge potential of capital appreciation and rental yield in the future of ASR.
Well, the units at the conserved buildings were popular too. I think the layouts were quite special.
Avenue South Residence is also not far from SGH and future research campus. It is also a short drive to CBD, Chinatown, Bukit Merah Town as well.
It is already 97% sold. Balance units are some 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. It is located in Potong Pasir, next to Kallang River with 220m river frontage. Again, I was attracted by the architecture of this development. It is designed by WOHA!
The most affordable freehold condominium at Amber Road precinct now. Amber 45 will be completed in September 2020.
UOL won the bid for the GLS at Canberra Drive (Parcel A). Limited information as of now. However, I believe UOL will come out with nice concept for this development, as usual. I can’t wait.
