Amo Residence is located at Ang Mo Kio Rise. This hotly contested GLS site attracted 15 bids from the developers and the top bid of $381.38 million was submitted by United Venture Development, a joint venture (JV) between UOL Group, Singapore Land Group, and Kheng Leong. This development will consist of two 25-storey residential towers. There will be an estimated 372 units within the development. Historically in District 20 redevelopment site tends to be fiercely contested among the developers in the past and this proves that Amo Residence will be one of the most sought-after developments once launched in Q3 2022.
