(1) Booking fee / Administration fee of SGD5,000 payable to "Huttons International Pte Ltd" together with full documents (Purchaser Particular Form, Letter of Authorisation Form, Passport/NRIC, Offer to Purchase(OTP), benefit letter, car park letter and any other side letters);
(2) Full documents will be submitted to developer and the developer will issue "Sales Proforma". Purchaser will use this document for financing;
(3) Developer will issue an "Acceptance Letter" within 14 days;
(4) Purchaser will proceed to execute the SPA and settle the remaining balance of 10% of the purchase price TT(Telegraphic Transfer) within 14 days upon receiving "Acceptance Letter" from developer;
