The Chuan Park will probably be the most popular new launch condominium in 2024. The collective sale of the existing Chuan Park site was granted permission on 26th May 2023 according to the statement by the joint venture between Kingsford Huray Development and MCC Land (Singapore). The 400,588 sq ft site with a 99-year lease will likely be one of the biggest collective sale transactions in the Outside Central Region (OCR) in recent years.
Chuan Park is located next to Lorong Chuan MRT station, in the mature estate of District 19 and is a short distance from Serangoon Central. It is in the vicinity of several reputable schools (such as Australian International School, Nanyang Junior College & Saint Gabriel’s Primary School) and F&B outlets at New Tech Park and many other amenities around the private residential enclave of Serangoon Gardens. The developers intend to redevelop the Chuan Park site into a residential development with a “new concept”.
Chuan Park will comprise three 22-storey and two 19-storey residential towers with 916 units ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms and 2 shops. All the blocks are having north and south facings. Some high-floor units will also have city view. Full condominium facilities will be provided to all residents.
