The Arcady at Boon Keng is a new freehold residential redevelopment at the former Euro-Asia Apartments in District 12 along Serangoon Road. The en-bloc site was sold to KSH Ultra Unity Pte Ltd (a joint venture by KSH Holdings Limited, H10 Holdings Pte Ltd and SLB Development Ltd) for S$222.18 million which translates to a land rate of S$1,313 psf ppr. It is about 380 metres away from the Boon Keng MRT Station. 

The Arcady at Boon Keng will consist of a single residential block of 24 floors with only 172 exclusive units with an average of 915 sq ft each from 1+Study units to 4-bedroom units, as well as penthouses. Lifestyle communal facilities are spread over 4 storeys, that includes SKy terrace at the 14th storey and Roof Terrace at the 25th storey. Main facilities like a 50m swimming pool, function rooms, lounges, both indoor & outdoor gyms and many more will be built for all the residents.
