With so many projects to be launched in this year, home buyers are really spoiled with too many choices. That somehow confuses the home buyers too.
There is one projects that stands out though. Personally, i think Sky Everton is one of the best new condominium that you can't miss out. For the hardcore freehold property fans, this is one nearest to the prime CBD district. Literally, you can walk to office. With two new 99-years leasehold condominium set to be launched very soon. I reckon the price among the three will not be quite far off. Of course, I am sure Sky Everton will have the highest quantum due to its freehold tenure.
We heard of government's decentralization plans in the past. But, government is actually planning to bring out population to the CBD area. They want more people to live in CBD area now. CBD is just too dead, too quiet in the evening and on weekends now.
What else? I can not leave here without mentioning the Greater Southern Corridor. It will be 6 times of current Marina Bay. We can expect it will be a place to Live, Work & Play in GSW. Detailed master plan is not announced yet but we can expect that it will be game-changer.
More than 70% sold within the first two week. Giving only a chance to buy a new condominium, now, i will choose Sky Everton.
