Pinery Residences is located at Tampines Street 94. It is a 99-year mixed-use development which was highly competed with six bids which the tender was closed on 15th September 2024 during the GLS (Government Land Sales). The highest bid of $668.28 million was submitted by a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments which translates into $1,004psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).
