Hudson Place Residences | Media Circle
Hudson Place Residences is a new 99-year leasehold mixed-use condominium development located at Media Circle in District 5 of Singapore. The Media Circle precinct is located within the Queenstown Planning Area.
This mixed-use development will be developed by a joint venture of Qingjian Realty, Forsea Holdings, and Hoovasun Holding, with the site acquired through the GLS (Government Land Sales programme) at around $1,037 psf ppr in March 2025, which is lower than the adjacent 358-unit Bloomsbury Residences' site of $1,191 psf ppr.
There are two residential towers of 23-storey and 15-storey with a total of 327 units ranging from 2- to 4-bedroom units and commercial units on the first floor within the development. Two towers are arranged without overlapping each other, and all units are facing either north or south. The lowest units are elevated 17m above the 1st storey, which allows better airflow and ventilation, improved view across the two ends of the development, providing a higher vantage point from different angles. Residents can look forward to full condominium facilities, including a 50m swimming pool, sun deck, clubhouses, indoor gymnasium, BBQ pavilions, and rooftop lounge. This development will also incorporate smart home provision with green technologies and energy-efficient fittings in line with Qingjian's sustainability focus. Top-quality appliances from Fotile and SMEG will be provided with the purchase of the unit.
In terms of location, Hudson Place Residences is well-served by both One-North and Buona Vista MRT stations, and is easily accessible via the AYE (Ayer-Rajah Expressway) and PIE (Pan-Island Expressway). It is located in proximity to major employment hubs like Biopolis, Fusionopolis, and Mediapolis, as well as the National University of Singapore and Science Park — all of which underpin strong and consistent rental demand from professionals in the technology, biomedical, R&D sectors, as well as the future AI (Artificial Intelligence) sector that was announced in March 2026.
Families will also appreciate nearby schools such as New Town Primary, Fairfield Methodist Secondary School, and Queenstown Primary. Reputable tertiary institutions like NUS (National University of Singapore) and INSEAD are also located within a short travel distance from Hudson Place Residences.
Given the limited supply of private housing in the One-North area relative to its large working population, Hudson Place Residences is seen as an exclusive opportunity to tap into a market with genuine housing demand. The project is slated for launch in May of 2026.
More information of Hudson Place Residences will be available soon.
