River Modern is located along River Valley Green in District 9 — a contemporary riverfront enclave facing the Singapore River, nestled within one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in River Valley. It is truly “Home in the City. Life by the River".

This 99-year leasehold luxury residential development by GuocoLand is scheduled to launch in March 2026. GuocoLand submitted the highest bid of S$627.8 million and was awarded the site through the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme.

River Modern will comprise two 36-storey residential towers with a total of 455 units, along with six retail shops on the first floor. The development will have direct access to Havelock MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line and to Great World Shopping Mall via an underground link. The developer will offer a wide range of unit types, from 2-bedroom to large 4-bedroom layouts (with private lifts), ranging in size from 538 to 1,830 sq ft. The landscape architect also created an elevated cascading landscape that allows greenery flow through, with a gradual, gentle visual transition from the River Modern to King Seng Park and Singapore River.
