This 99-year leasehold mixed development of 273,906 sq ft will comprise 863 residential units with commercial space at 1st storey. This will be the first private residential development (excluding Executive Condominium) in Tengah HDB Township. Tengah Gardens Avenue mixed development is next to the upcoming Hong Kah MRT Station along the Jurong Region Line. This provides connections to other major MRT Lines at Choa Chu Kang station and Jurong East MRT interchange station.
